Is it worth it to have a second shooter?

Yes, yes + a thousand times, yes. Well, usually. If you are eloping or having a micro wedding (literally under 30 guests) you can get away with having just one photographer. Typically, though, a second shooter adds so many benefits to your day + to your wedding gallery!!

HERE’S WHY:

  1. All hands on deck!! A second shooter is an extra set of hands, a helper, communicator, + ultimately an extra set of eyes so none of your precious moments are missed!!

  2. With our business model, a second shooter covers way more ground on your wedding day. They are so much more than “backup.” They get entirely different angles + are the filling piece to our ability to tell your story to the fullest.

  3. A second shooter’s job is to capture all the moments that the bride + groom don’t see. It is the lead shooter’s job to keep an eye on the couple + all of their special moments throughout their wedding day. It is mostly the second shooters job to keep an eye on everyone else!!

  4. It is a second shooter’s job to take on an additional creative role to get all of those “artsy” shots, while the lead shooter is focusing on making sure our entire checklist of photos is getting done.

  5. Double the coverage!! Coverage of your people, the laughs, the tears, all of it. Your moments matter + a second shooter helps to ensure these moments don’t go unnoticed.
