WHAT IT MEANS
to be an SLP couple
Our goal is to know you, know what is important to you, + to convey that authentically + artistically throughout your final gallery. Simple as that!! This includes knowing your quirks, your people, dynamics with family + friends, hobbies, interests, inside jokes with your partner + your overall vibe. By knowing these things, we are able to photograph you as YOU.
I think that you should be able to look back on your moments and remember them exactly as they happened. With that, I believe there is a lot to appreciate about the imperfect moments, too. I am not in the business of fluffing your story or changing it, so if your best man splits his pants on the dance floor, you best believe there will be a photo or two of you laughing with (or at) him!! :-) These moments are all a part of your story + often end up being some of our couple’s favorite moments to re-live.
With that, It is important to me that when you look back on your gallery, it evokes a multitude of emotions from you. Ultimately, the same emotions you felt in each specific moment of your day.
I want you to be able to fully re-live these precious memories + be able to share them for many generations to come. Your people are such a gift; we do not take that lightly!! I fully understand that your memories of them + with them are priceless, which is why we work so hard to study your lists of these people + pay close attention to your interactions with them on your wedding day.
This is something our clients have been deeply grateful for. Even years later I have received thank you notes for how meaningful certain memories + photos are to our clients. This is the sweetest gift!!
OUR PROCESS
Our process involves an initial “get to know you” phone call where I will learn more about you + your story (my favorite part)!!

From there, we schedule a consultation (if you choose to) where I can provide you an official quote + go over packages and options with you in depth.

We conduct your first timeline call, which gives you an amazing head-start on wedding planning + keeping your vendors on the same page. We also plan your engagement session at this time (if you are planning to do one).

We do a venue walk-through (if you choose to!!) where we can plan ahead for lighting, photo locations, + give you tips on how to lay out your reception design to get the best possible photographs.

Your final timeline call!! This allows us to tie up any loose ends + make sure your vendors are all on the same page. This is crucial for wedding day success! We also invite your wedding planner onto this call with us, if you have one :-)
